Warranties: Products purchased on-line come with manufacturer’s warranties
and any product faults should be directed to the manufacturer accordingly.

Products delivered that may have been damaged in transport prior to receiving of
goods, should be reported directly to 101 Physio - customer support centre
(immediately on arrival of goods, when possible). Our customer service centre
is open during normal trading hours. 101 Physio can be contacted by email 24/7.
We will be back in touch as quickly as possible, usually within the next working
day, to discuss the problem and make good with an appropriate replacement
product to the value of the original item.
