Noah is a highly experienced physiotherapist with nearly a decade in private practice. He has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions. Inspired by his high-level soccer career, Noah developed a strong interest in physiotherapy while working with international clinicians and elite clubs. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the United States and a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne. His clinical focus is on musculoskeletal sports injuries and injury prevention. Noah is known for building strong, long-term relationships with his patients and delivers evidence-based care tailored to each individual's goals.

Lara is a Senior Physiotherapist and our Clinical Lead with broad experience across private practice and community health settings. She provides evidence-based, patient-centred care to a diverse caseload, including complex musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Lara's approach is empathetic and combines hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation and education. She supports medically complex clients across private, workcover, NDIS, aged care and TAC funding pathways, and plays an active role in clinical mentoring. Further qualifications include Clinical Pilates, dry needling, neurological physiotherapy, women's health (CPD), complex shoulder pain, cervicogenic headaches/dizziness and vestibular rehabilitation.

Tim graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2021 and has been a valued member of the 101 Physio family ever since. He is a compassionate and attentive clinician who takes the time to listen to his patients, helping them stay motivated and empowered. Tim has a strong interest in pain management and takes a hands-on approach to treatment, combining manual therapy with exercise-based strategies to improve mobility and long-term outcomes. Laurie has had the pleasure of treating all sorts of foot and ankle-related conditions. His keen interest revolves around diabetes foot management and painful ingrown toenails. He provides a thorough diabetes neurovascular assessment and explains with a visual diabetes booklet, ensuring patients have a solid understanding of their condition. As a member of the Australian Podiatry Association, he keeps up with the latest treatment modalities. He's interested in every aspect of podiatry — heel pain, footwear, orthotic prescription and everything in between. Available full-time Mon–Fri at our Melton clinic. Medicare/TAC/WorkCover are eligible for Medicare rebates and HICAPS is on-site for private claims.

Reta is a registered psychologist who brings a person-centred, evidence-based approach to her work and is passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan. Reta tailors each session to the unique needs of her clients and has an interest in working with neurodivergent individuals — including those with Autism and ADHD — as well as those navigating challenges in emotional regulation and social skills. She also completes cognitive assessments and a range of evidence-based psychological evaluations, working collaboratively with clients and their support networks.

Sarah is the go-to person with any queries or questions. She is our beloved Practice Manager, who joined the 101 Physio team in 2017. She's our lead administrator and keeps everything running efficiently and productively. Sarah is also experienced across NDIS matters at 101 Physio.

Joseph has a particular interest in treating headache and migraine conditions, having completed the Watson Headache® Institute, Level 1 Foundation Headache Course ("The Role of C1–C3 Cervical Afferents in Primary Headache"). He has also pursued further education in Ergonomics, graduating in 2008. Joseph brings drive, experience and ongoing education to the 101 Physio team. He is our Principal Physiotherapist and Founder/Director of 101 Physio, and has been involved in Spinal and Sports Medicine since 2007.
