Our Hoppers Crossing physio team brings physiotherapy, sports injury care and rehab together at one local clinic. 101 Physio Hoppers Crossing is located on Morris Road in Hoppers Crossing and is our physiotherapy hub for Melbourne's western growth corridor. Patients travel to us from across Hoppers Crossing, Werribee, Tarneit, Truganina, Wyndham Vale, Manor Lakes and surrounding Wyndham suburbs. Our physiotherapists are AHPRA-registered. We work with sports injuries, work-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, back and neck pain, knee and shoulder problems, and a range of musculoskeletal conditions. We take new bookings most days, work with private patients as well as WorkCover, TAC, NDIS, DVA and Medicare-managed care, and have HICAPS on-site for on-the-spot health-fund claiming. Podiatry, psychology and remedial massage are not currently offered at Hoppers Crossing — those services run from our Melton or Sunbury clinics. To book, call (03) 9746 6852 or use our online form.

About 101 Physio Hoppers Crossing
The Hoppers Crossing clinic is our physiotherapy base for the Wyndham region. Most of our patients here come for musculoskeletal complaints, sports injuries, workplace injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Where clinically relevant and with consent, your physiotherapist may communicate with your GP, specialist, or workplace case manager involved in your care. If you need a service we don't offer at Hoppers Crossing — podiatry, psychology, ADHD/ASD assessments, or remedial massage — reception can help you book at our Melton or Sunbury clinics.

Services available at our Hoppers Crossing clinic
If you are not sure which service is right for you, call reception on (03) 9746 6852 and we will help you decide.
Physiotherapy
The core of what we do at Hoppers Crossing. Our physiotherapists assess and manage musculoskeletal complaints (back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, foot and ankle), sports injuries, work injuries, headache and migraine assessment, post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic-pain management. We work with adults, adolescents and children. Sub-areas include sports physiotherapy, WorkCover physiotherapy, TAC physiotherapy, NDIS physiotherapy and DVA physiotherapy.
Sports physiotherapy
For sports injuries, return-to-sport planning and injury-prevention work with athletes of all levels — from juniors at local football, netball and soccer clubs through to recreational and competitive adults. Our physiotherapists with an interest in sports physiotherapy work with acute injuries (sprains, strains, joint injuries) and longer-running issues (tendinopathy, overuse syndromes).
Children's physiotherapy
Paediatric physiotherapy supports children with movement difficulties, developmental delay, post-injury recovery, sports-related complaints and certain chronic conditions where appropriate. Assessment and management plans are age-appropriate and family-involved.
WorkCover, TAC, NDIS and DVA physiotherapy
For accepted WorkCover and TAC claims, physiotherapy may be funded where it is approved and clinically related to the workplace injury or transport accident. For NDIS participants, we can deliver services where physiotherapy is in your plan; reception can confirm what we can support. For DVA Gold and White cardholders, bring your card to the first appointment. Eligibility for each pathway depends on your individual circumstances.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy for Hoppers Crossing patients runs at AquaPulse Aquatic Centre in Werribee rather than inside the clinic. Sessions involve warm-water-based exercise supervised by a physiotherapist and may be suitable where land-based exercise is uncomfortable or where water-based movement is clinically appropriate. More on our hydrotherapy program.
Other treatments and therapies
Shockwave therapy (for certain tendon and plantar conditions, after assessment), dry needling (used by some of our physiotherapists as part of a wider plan), and clinical Pilates (small-group or individual exercise sessions supervised by a physiotherapist). Whether any of these is suitable for you depends on your assessment — your clinician will discuss the options.
Not offered at Hoppers Crossing: Podiatry, psychology and assessments (ADHD/ASD/cognitive), remedial massage and myotherapy. If you live in the Wyndham area but need one of those, reception can help you book at our Melton clinic (for podiatry and massage) or our Melton/Sunbury clinics (for psychology and assessments).
Conditions our Hoppers Crossing physiotherapists commonly see
A non-exhaustive list of reasons people book with us at Hoppers Crossing:
What we work on with you depends on your assessment. Treatment may involve manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling where appropriate, education on managing the condition at home, and coordination with your GP or specialist when relevant.
Your first appointment at 101 Physio Hoppers Crossing
Before the appointment. You don't need a referral for physiotherapy — it's a primary contact profession and you can book directly. For Medicare-rebated allied health (under a GP Chronic Disease Management plan), WorkCover, TAC, NDIS or DVA cover, you will need the paperwork in place — call reception if you are unsure what applies to you.
What to bring.
- Any referral letter, GP plan or specialist correspondence relevant to your visit
- Imaging — scans, X-rays or reports if you have them
- Your Medicare card, private health card, WorkCover/TAC claim number, NDIS plan or DVA card as relevant
- Comfortable clothing you can move in. For physiotherapy, exposing the area being assessed often helps — your clinician will adjust to what you're comfortable with.
At the appointment. A first physiotherapy session is usually 30–45 minutes. Your clinician will ask about the problem, your goals, your history, and discuss a plan with you. You can ask questions at any time.
After the appointment. Reception will help you book any follow-up, claim through HICAPS if you have private health extras cover, and provide receipts you can submit to your fund or workplace where relevant.
Suburbs we serve from our Hoppers Crossing clinic

Beyond Hoppers Crossing itself, our catchment includes Werribee, Tarneit, Truganina, Wyndham Vale and Manor Lakes. We also commonly see patients from Point Cook, Williams Landing, Hoppers Crossing North, Mambourin and the surrounding suburbs. If your suburb is not listed, call us — we likely cover you.

Funding and payment options
We work with most common funding pathways. Eligibility for each depends on your individual circumstances and the funding body's rules — we'll confirm at intake and let you know any out-of-pocket gap before treatment begins.
- Private health insurance. HICAPS on-site for on-the-spot claiming. Rebates vary by fund and policy.
- Medicare — Enhanced Primary Care / Chronic Disease Management. Up to 5 Medicare-rebated allied-health sessions per calendar year for patients with a chronic-condition plan from their GP. A gap above the Medicare rebate may apply.
- WorkCover. For accepted WorkCover claims, physiotherapy may be funded where it is approved and clinically related to the workplace injury. Reception can help you understand what details we need before your first appointment.
- TAC. For accepted TAC claims, physiotherapy may be funded where it is approved and related to the transport accident. Any out-of-pocket costs depend on the claim setup and approvals.
- NDIS. NDIS participants may be able to access physiotherapy or related supports where these are included in their plan. Please contact reception to confirm whether we can support your plan type and goals.
- DVA. Gold and White cardholders may be eligible — bring your card and any referral.
- Private payment. Accepted for any service. Contact reception for the current fee schedule.
