DVA - Department of Veteran Affairs

Physiotherapy treatment at 101 Physio & Allied Health

For eligible Department of Veterans' Affairs cardholders, we provide DVA-funded physiotherapy at all three of our clinics. We work with veterans across the range of musculoskeletal, sporting, post-surgical and chronic-condition presentations. To book, call (03) 9746 6852 or book online.

Who is eligible

  • DVA Gold Card holders — eligible for all clinically necessary services covered by DVA arrangements.
  • DVA White Card holders — eligible for treatment of accepted conditions.
  • Specific DVA-accepted conditions and rates apply. Reception can talk you through what we need at the first appointment.

What an appointment involves

  1. Confirmation of DVA card details and the conditions accepted.
  2. Standard physiotherapy assessment — history, physical examination, discussion of goals and plan.
  3. Treatment as appropriate.
  4. Reporting to DVA as required.

  • Melton — 7/211–223 Barries Road, Melton West.
  • Hoppers Crossing — 369 Morris Road, Hoppers Crossing.
  • Sunbury — 16-18 O'Shanassy Street, Sunbury (by appointment).

What to bring

  • Your DVA card
  • Any GP referral or D904 form if you have one
  • Imaging or operation reports if relevant
