101 Physio & Allied Health works with GPs, specialists, case managers, insurers and community providers across Melbourne's west and north-west. We accept referrals for physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, WorkCover, TAC, NDIS, Medicare EPC/CDM care plans and ADHD, ASD and cognitive assessment inquiries.
Our clinics are located in Melton West, Hoppers Crossing and Sunbury. We accept referrals from GPs, specialists, WorkCover agents, TAC case managers and NDIS planners.
Referral Pathways We Accept
- Medicare EPC/CDM — up to 5 physiotherapy or podiatry sessions per year under a GP care plan
- WorkCover — WorkCover-approved physiotherapy for workplace injuries across all three clinics
- TAC — TAC-authorised physiotherapy for motor vehicle accident injuries
- NDIS — self-managed and plan-managed participants welcome
- DVA — Department of Veterans Affairs physiotherapy and podiatry
- Mental Health Treatment Plan — psychology referrals under Medicare MHTP
- Private referrals — direct referral from GP or specialist
