What we do
- Remedial massage — targeted soft-tissue work for muscle tension, postural strain and minor injuries
- Myotherapy — assessment-led soft-tissue treatment including trigger-point work, stretching and mobility
- Sports-related soft-tissue treatment
- Combination treatment with physiotherapy where appropriate

- Private health insurance — many extras policies cover remedial massage and myotherapy, depending on the practitioner's qualifications and your policy. Check with your fund.
